Here's how we made puppy crackles, or dalmatian crackles to be precise!
- 4 cups of Kellogg's Rice Bubbles
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 250g copha
- Packet of chocolate drops
- Silver cupcake cases (or white and black polka dot ones if you can find them)
Put 24 cupcake cases into trays, then mix together the Rice Bubbles, icing sugar and coconut. Melt the copha over a low heat, allow it to cool slightly, then blend it with the dry ingredients. Spoon the crackle mixture into the cupcakes cases and dot chocolate drops onto the top of each one. Refrigerate until set, then serve up these tasty treats to the hungry hounds!
